The main processing activities are:

Application for occupation, application for land use change and building permit for the installation of anemometric towers.
Prior Administrative Authorization (AAP).
- Deposit and request for guarantee validation.
- Request from the AAP, presentation of allegations and information to other Public Administrations.
- Resolution of the AAP.
Environmental Impact Statement (DIA) / Unified Environmental Authorization (AAU)
- Request for archaeological prospecting and the scope document of the Environmental Impact Study (EIA).
- Beginning of the process of scope and presentation of the EIA.
- Submission of the project and EIA to public information and consultation with the affected Administrations.
- Resolution of Environmental Impact Declaration (DIA).
Access and connection
- Deposit and request for guarantee validation.
- Request for access and connection to the network manager.
- Issuance of the access and connection permit.

  - Livestock roads and/or Public Utility Forests: Application for occupation, hearing process and Act of occupation of the land.
  - Municipalities: Signing of agreements for the use of municipal land.
- Individuals: Signing of contracts, request for a specific public utility and request to start the expropriation file.
Administrative Construction Authorization (AAC).
- Application of the AAC.
- Presentation of the Offprints of the renewable energy projects before the Affected Organizations.
Urban planning and construction and environmental licenses:
- Obtaining the change of land use and building permit.
- Obtaining the opening license.

PROCESSING OF ADMINISTRATIVE RECORDS

Sogepyme carries out and coordinates activities, in relation to the administrations and official bodies, related to the current regulations regarding renewable energy and all those sectoral regulations (environmental, cultural, heritage, urban aspects, etc...) that may affect its facilities, both Nationally and Internationally (mainly Mexico).
